Mister Bush is in my neck of the woods today, talking to his favorite audience--a hand picked group of active duty service members. And of course, he's getting them to cheer for the war in Iraq.
I have to turn it off.
I'm just so sick of this sinister bastard using men and women in uniform to promote his political agenda.
And I'm really appalled that once again, he's timed his best stunt to deflect damage to his administration.
I remember as a kid hearing about a George W. who could not tell a lie.
This George W. can't tell one often enough.
It isn't a lie, to him; he really believes at least some of what he's saying. Because someone who's afraid of him, someone he trusts, told him what he wants to hear, so how can that be a lie? If it was a lie, well then people would call him a liar, and then there'd be consequences, right? So, no argument, no accountability, must not be a lie, see? No harm, no foul, right?
ReplyDeleteHe's lived in such a protective bubble his entire life, it's no wonder that THAT is his reality.
No harm or foul to him or his cronies. They're alive, rich, and have all their arms and legs and facial features.
