Second Drive By...

Once again, Ann Coulter demonstrates how far a pretty girl can ride on a Harvard education, a third grade sense of humor, and a broomstick.

  1. Many in the rabid right think she's HL Mencken--mostly folks who take insult humor for critical analysis.

Ann Coulter claims to be 41 (or 42, according to the driver's license). It's a recorded fact that there is no birth record of Coulter's mother having given birth to a female child. Repeated requests to see a birth certificate have been ignored.

  3. "Pretty?" Is it time for your annual visit to the optomitrist?

"Girl?" Have you noticed the adam's apple on Coulter? "Her's" is more prominent than over 2/3 the men I know.

  4. Lurch and Bob--

LOL, guys. Now, me, I never thought she was all that hot an item, but some people seem to, just like some people seem to think she's funny or has a clue what she's talking about.

Jeff, Lurch, and Bob...I agree that Ann Coulter is an evil person and her statements must be comdemned and refuted in the strongest terms.

However, I, for one, am getting sick and tired of seeing commenters on these progressive boards (here, Rising Hegemon, Running Scared, etc) attack Ann Coulter by attempting to label her as transgendered, based on hearsay and 1-second judgements of her facial features. Whether or not she is transgendered has ***NOTHING*** to do with her evil statements. When we try to slime somebody in this way, we give the lie to our statements that we are "progressive" or "liberal" - we reveal that we are just as homophobic and transphobic as the right wing.

We need to stop these kind of personal attacks that are based on things that have nothing to do with the issue at hand. Attack Ann for her evil and vicious statements. Don't attack an entire group of people (gay / transgender) by associating them with her evil. Let's not stoop to the same tactics that the right-wing uses.

  6. Josh,

I think I'm on board with what you're saying. For what it's worth, I wouldn't let the trans-gender stuff sit on the front page.

I did think the wicked witch allusion in the original post was fair game--cogent, pithy, brief, etc.

    But point well taken.

Actually, Josh, I disagree with you. Respectfully, but most strongly. It IS a significant point. Ann Coulter passing herself off is a fraudulent action. In passing, I'll mention this person is billed as a "Constitutional expert" when appearing on Fox News, yet I, who only had one year of Con Law, have noted several times that she has misinterpreted and/or misrepresented very clear decisions by SCOTUS.

We always come back to the same theme: The Facsist Party has created the greatest and most effective Echo Chamber since Germany, 1938, or the USSR, 1954. Take your pick folks.

Anyone who is capable to talking to a camera can be promoted as an "expert" on something, and the various outlets reinforce each other, thereby lending credence to the lie through continuous repetition.

Genetic male or genetic female, Coulter is on more example of the fraud of the Fascist Party and its appartchiki. And I don't bring a knife to a gunfight, so I am clear that an opponent can be attacked by whatever vulnerability can be seen. In today's culture, sadly, logic, history and common sense no longer apply. Sex and sensationalism do, however. Hence we find today, August 29th, we find Cindy Sheehan publicly accused of urinating on her son's grave.

I have no problem whatsoever going after vermin with any weapon I can get my hands on.
